SIMPACT PALOP CIC is a UK-based Community Interest Company working with Portuguese-speaking African communities in the United Kingdom and across the PALOP countries: Angola, Cabo Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique and São Tomé and Príncipe.
We bring communities, professionals, institutions and partners together to develop practical initiatives in education, health, leadership, employment, entrepreneurship, community development and social inclusion.

Who Are We
SIMPACT PALOP was established to create stronger connections between PALOP communities, the diaspora and organisations that can contribute knowledge, resources and opportunities.
Our approach is based on collaboration rather than dependency. We work with communities to identify priorities, develop practical solutions and build the skills and structures needed to create sustainable change.
From community workshops in the UK to projects in São Tomé and Príncipe and wider PALOP collaboration, our work is designed around one principle:
Communities should not simply receive support — they should be empowered to shape their own future.
